Will the layout be exact?
Close. Text sits where it was, in a matching font. Because a PDF has no paragraphs, only positioned lines, long passages arrive as separate lines rather than one flowing paragraph. That is true of every converter that does not guess.
My PDF is a scan. Why is the Word file empty?
