How big should the text be?

The size is a percentage of the picture width, so it looks the same on a small and a large photo. 4 percent is a discreet corner mark; 12 percent is hard to miss.

Can the watermark be removed?

Not from the saved file without editing. Keep the originals for yourself and share the marked copies.

Can I use a logo image?

Not in this tool. It draws text.
