Can I take just a few pages out?
Yes. Enter a range such as 3-7, or a list such as 1,4,9. Choose "one file per page" to break it apart completely.
Does splitting reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied, not re-created, so nothing is lost.
Is my document uploaded?
No. It is read inside your browser and never sent anywhere.
What happens to bookmarks and links?
Links from one kept page to another keep working, and a link to a page you removed is taken out rather than left leading nowhere. Bookmarks are not carried into the new file: they belong to the document rather than to any page. Tools that edit a file in place, such as Rotate PDF and Add page numbers, keep bookmarks as they were.
Is there a page limit?
No. A 2,000 page document splits the same way a 5 page one does, it simply takes longer.
